Project Consultation:
Discussing your ideas is where we start. Looking at our completed projects, Pintrest, or Houzz is a great place to ideastorm before we meet for the first time.
Next we will discuss and establish a budget. With this information we can use our experience to make suggestions based on your ideas. This is the best way to assure a great outcome that is based on what can be done inside your projects budget! We will use our virtual estimating tool to provide you an estimate.
Design & Selections Phase
If you would like to proceed a $500 design retainer is collected and applied to your final project cost. The retainer allows us to provide you exceptional design and selection guidance.
Completing style & design selections will include: material choices, door styles, color samples, counters, sinks, faucets, and appliance specs. Once we have these details we will provide a complete kitchen design with colored 3D renderings and a final price based on the exact selections chosen, storage solutions and any changes made.
If you decide not to use us for the project the detailed plans are yours to use however you’d like.
Project Review & Initiation
At this point going over all the selections on the contract, answering any lingering questions and making adjustments will set us up to Initiate the contract. A project deposit will be required to start production and get your project on the schedule. Most projects are scheduled 4-8 weeks out with frequent progress updates.
Construction & Installation
Managing a successful project will include performing and many times coordinating with sub contractors to do tasks in a specific order while limiting the disruption to your daily life. We can make suggestions or your welcome to seek out your own professionals for items outside the scope of the contract. Examples of items we would sub out are plumbing and electrical trades.
